You are asked to participate in a survey based on your previous application to South Arts' Jazz Road grants. Your answers will provide needed data to study the economic, social, and cultural impact of this grant. The study will be published as a chapter in the upcoming Oxford Volume "Jazz and Politics" and information from the study will be used by South Arts. The benefits of your participation will be the contribution of needed data to compile an informational and advocacy tool for the impact of such grants on the art form, jazz musicians, and audiences. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary, risks are minimal as all data is anonymous, and names will not be shared.
